Hedman Hedders has been manufacturing quality headers in the USA since 1954, and they've been manufacturing Ford Mustang headers for nearly as long as Mustangs have been on the road. This premium construction header is manufactured using 100% T304 stainless steel, smooth flowing, CNC mandrel bent tubes, that are hand-welded to ensure each pair is identical. The stainless steel construction of these headers makes them virtually indestructible, and they can take all the punishment a high-performance SB Ford engine can throw at it. Hedman's unique, gasketless ball and socket collector design allows your SB Ford's exhaust system to bolt up, even if it is not perfectly aligned with the header collectors.

These uncoated, Stainless, LONG-TUBE headers fit the most iconic passenger cars to come out of Ford and Mercury between 1964-1977, with a 260-302W (also fits factory-equipped 351W 69-73 Mustang. for 351W swap, use Hedman's 88660 header series). Among this prestigious list is 1964-73 Ford Mustang and Falcon, '66-73 Ranchero & Torino, '69-77 Maverick, '66-70 Fairlane, '67-73 Mercury Cougar and'70-73 Comet models fitted with a 260-302W engine. These headers fit Manual or C4 (only) transmission equipped vehicles. The long, smooth 1-5/8 in. tube design provides excellent exhaust flow to let your Ford Windsor block engine breathe deep, and produce excellent horsepower and torque gains.

These headers ship from the factory with an unfinished stainless surface. To lower underhood temperatures or match the look of your engine, these headers are also available with a polished silver or black ceramic-metallic finish.

Each set includes a pair of gaskets, header flange bolts and collector bolts. No collector gasket is needed.
