PERTRONIX FLAME-THROWER III COIL. 45,000-VOLT RATED WITH 0.32-OHMS OF RESISTANCE. THIS COIL IS SPECIFICALLY ENGINEERED FOR IGNITOR III APPLICATIONS. CHROME OIL FILLED CANISTER STYLE.

Flame Thrower III coils feature an ultra low resistance and are designed specifically for the Ignitor III Electronic Ignition Conversion kits. They feature a high turn ratio and ultra-low primary resistance enabling the ignition system to charge faster at high RPM's.

  • 45,000 volts.
  • Ultra Low 0.32 primary resistance.
  • Compatible with Ignitor II and III systems as well as most capacitive discharge systems.
  • Charges to peak current typically 30-70% faster than other coils.
  • Rapid charge time means maximum spark energy is sustained to higher engine RPM.
